What’s your response time?
I aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days (Monday-Friday). If you reach out on a weekend or Dutch holiday, I’ll respond on the next business day.
Do you accept wine samples for review?
Yes! I welcome wine samples from producers and importers. Please email first to confirm I’m available for review and to receive the shipping address. Note that all reviews are honest, and editorial integrity is non-negotiable—favorable coverage is not guaranteed.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing varies based on scope, deliverables, timeline, and specific requirements. Every project is unique, so I provide custom quotes tailored to your needs and budget. Can you travel for projects?
Absolutely! I’m based in Amstelveen but available for projects throughout the Netherlands (travel included). International projects are welcome—travel costs are billed separately at cost with no markup.
Do you write in English or Dutch?
Both! I’m fully bilingual and regularly create content in Dutch and English. Please let me know your preferred language for outreach.
What if I have a quick wine question?
Feel free to reach out! While I can’t provide comprehensive consultations at no cost, I’m happy to answer brief questions when time allows. For in-depth advice or recommendations, I offer paid consultation services.
Are you available for speaking engagements or panels?
Yes! I speak at wine events, industry conferences, and educational seminars about topics including champagne, sustainable wine, content marketing for wineries, and podcasting. Contact me for availability and fees.
Can we collaborate on a long-term basis?
Definitely! I offer retainer agreements for ongoing content needs. Monthly or quarterly packages provide better value and ensure consistent coverage. Let’s discuss what would work best for your brand.

I typically work 2-3 weeks in advance for wine reviews and 3-4 weeks in advance for video projects. Podcast interview slots for Sparks by VinoVonk are scheduled on a bi-weekly basis (published on Tuesday).
For urgent projects or tight deadlines, rush service may be available with a 20% premium. Reach out to discuss.
